Slow roasted duck leg, citrus and pomegranate, pickled radish

Pan fried sea bass, lemon butter sauce, charred lemon, tarragon gremolata

 

V Rich wild mushroom ragu on herby polenta, toasted pumpkin seeds

Served with buttery garlic mash, sautéed green vegetables and fine beans, whole carrots in honey and sesame.
